AI Agents Development Support*** Assist in building and configuring AI agents to support internal productivity and business use cases.* Support testing, validation, and optimisation of AI-driven solutions. **2. Generative AI (GenAI) Initiatives*** Support GenAI initiatives including prompt engineering, workflow integration, and experimentation with LLM-based solutions.* Assist in prototyping use cases such as content generation, summarisation, and decision support tools. **3. Automation & Process Optimisation*** Help design, implement, and document business process automations using low-code/no-code platforms and RPA tools.* Support efforts to streamline repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency. **4. Platform & System Support (Salesforce/RPA)*** Collaborate with team members on Salesforce and automation platform enhancements.* Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and improving system performance. **5. Data Analysis & Quality Assurance*** Perform basic data analysis, testing, and validation to ensure solution accuracy and reliability.* Support documentation and tracking of solution performance. **6.
