Job summary

Wholly Grove Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly team member to serve gelato and desserts, helping customers with recommendations in our plant-based range. The role includes handling opening/closing duties and assisting with promotions.

You will prepare waffles and gelato, manage POS transactions, maintain strict cleanliness and food safety, and monitor stock while supporting sampling activities and SOP-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve gelato and desserts to customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Prepare and serve the waffle and gelato.
• Handle POS transactions and cash collection.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
• Perform opening and closing duties according to SOP.
• Assist with sampling and promotional activities.
• Provide product recommendations and explain our unique plant-based offering.
