Job summary

Pivotal Systems in Kedah, Malaysia, seeks a qualified engineer to operate, monitor and maintain gas systems across the plant. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex gas equipment, and ensure compliance with local safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires hands-on experience in industrial gas systems and a Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field, with strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Experience with gas distribution systems and related equipment is required.
• Hands-on experience in industrial or specialty gas systems preferred.
• Familiarity with local safety regulations and EHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot gas systems to ensure safe operation.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to maximize reliability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for gas system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH, DOE and other authorities; prepare documentation.
