1. 1. Ensure cranes are available with valid certificate of fitness (PMA).
2. 2. Ensure cranes are labeled with relevant registration number (PMA).
3. 4. Monitor and operate cranes as per S.O.P.
4. 5. Sound crane moving siren and turn on warning light whenever crane is in motion.
5. 6. Ensure each work load is within the crane’s specified safe working capacity.
6. 7. Lift each load vertically with no horizontal movement.
7. 8. Ensure no personnel is working under lifted load.
