• Assist Production Managers in tracking project progress, schedules, and deliverables.
• Support communication between internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and deadlines.
• Help in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Maintain and update project documentation for accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Artists, Engineers, and Designers to streamline workflows.
• Identify and report potential production bottlenecks or risks to the team.
• Learn and apply industry best practices in project management.
