Job summary

Milestone Production in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on intern to support event planning and on-site operations. You will coordinate artist logistics, assist in setup, and collaborate with a dynamic production team across real projects in Asia.

This role offers exposure to both virtual and hybrid events and a strong learning environment. The internship emphasizes teamwork, communication, and proactive support across event partners, vendors, and clients, with opportunities for career development

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or related fields
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
• Able to work well in a team
• Willing to work during events, including weekends or public holidays when required

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events; manage artist/talent logistics and support setup and day-of operations
• Work within a hands-on production team, collaborating with artists, vendors and event partners
• Gain hands-on experience on real event projects
• Assist in planning and coordinating events
• Support artist and talent coordination
• Communicate with artists, vendors, and event partners
• Assist during event setup and event day operations
• Prepare event-related documents and materials
• Support the team with administrative and ad-hoc tasks
