Job summary

HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking an experienced Foreign Exchange (FX) Product Manager to drive Retail Cash FX, transactional FX, Global Payments and Dual Currency Investment (DCI) products. You will chart, plan and develop pricing and customer propositions to optimise profitability and meet retail customer needs.

You will spearhead compliance with BNM FX policy and collaborate with Retail Deposits and other stakeholders to grow revenue while enhancing systems for better performance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/business/marketing or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in Product Management across sales, product and distribution.
• Knowledge of regional practices and standards is preferred.
• Strong academics with accreditations in investments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and growing Retail Cash FX, transactional FX, Global Payments, and Dual Currency Investment (DCI) products.
• Chart, plan, influence, formulate and develop products to optimise profitability via pricing and proposition.
• Lead compliance with BNM Foreign Exchange Policy processes.
• Drive revenue in joint promotions with Retail Deposits and Proposition teams.
• Analyse market environment, identify new initiatives to grow or counter competitors.
• Lead the change initiative of Cash FX, Global Payments and DCI.
• Develop new or enhance systems to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
