Job summary

YICK HOE GROUP OF COMPANIES invites strong fresh graduates to join its Management Trainee program in Malaysia. Trainees will undergo structured training across departments, participate in strategic initiatives, and build a solid leadership foundation for a future management role.

Participants will engage with senior leaders, contribute to key projects, and progressively take on independent tasks while developing skills in operations, marketing, purchasing, sales, HR and finance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training and development programs to gain understanding of the chosen department.
• Assist in executing key initiatives and projects within the department to drive business goals.
