Nintex in Kuala Lumpur offers a hybrid role for an experienced full‑stack engineer. You will design and implement robust solutions with React, C#, .NET 6+, and cloud technologies, driving code quality, testing, automation, and performance improvements across platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with a track record of delivering clean, high‑quality code.
• Full stack development experience with React on the frontend and C#, .NET 6+ on the backend.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and lead engineering discussions.
• Technical leadership: guide discussions, mentor peers, and drive decisions.

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing robust full stack solutions using modern web technologies, with a strong emphasis on scalable, maintainable code. You’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of our platforms by driving best practices in code quality, testing, automation, and performance optimization. • Lead & Share Knowledge – Stay ahead of the curve with emerging technologies and mentor teammates, boosting overall team efficiency and expertise.

To be successful, we think you need:

• Proven Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, with a strong track record of delivering clean, high-quality code.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in full stack development with experience in front-end frameworks like React,back-end development using C#, .NET 6/above, and Cloud technologies like Azure, CosmosDB, Kafka etc.
• Effective Communicator:Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and lead impactful engineering conversations.
• Technical Leadership:Ability to guide technical discussions, drive decisions, and mentor peers when needed.
