Job summary

RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS. Nasdaq: CLPS) is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our global engineering team. You will help build and maintain a high-volume, transactional platform using .NET, AWS, and modern front-end frameworks.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers across regions, write maintainable code with tests, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security and scalability throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT.
  • Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience.
  • Strong experience in .NET-based core system design and implementation.
  • Relational databases (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis/MongoDB).
  • Experience with AWS services (Lambda/SQS/RDS/ElastiCache/SES/ECS/EKS).
  • Experience with microservices and RESTful Web APIs.
  • Proficient in Git, SVN, and Bitbucket.
  • Strong English communication in a global team.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our global engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining features for our high-volume, transactional platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver outstanding user experiences while adhering to strict coding standards and technical design principles. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and modern front-end frameworks. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to deployment and maintenance, ensuring scalability, stability, and security.

Responsibilities
  • Development & Implementation:
  • Analyze, design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and maintain enterprise-level, high-volume transactional systems.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into functional, user-friendly features for both front-end and back-end.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code with comprehensive unit tests and automation tests.
  • Create technical specifications and test guidance to ensure clear project direction.
  • Build and maintain a robust software framework in collaboration with the development team.
  • Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.
  • Design and implement scalable, high-availability online systems using microservices architecture.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in web development to drive innovation.
  • Work proficiently at both strategic and tactical levels, deriving logical processes for complex programs.
  • Quality Assurance & DevOps:
  • Participate in and help lead design and code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
  • Manage project branch maintenance and builds.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests, including UI/E2E tests using frameworks such as Playwright.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) for efficient deployment processes.
  • Provide Level 3 support and perform root cause analysis for critical issues.
  • Security & Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments.
  • Maintain secure coding standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong experience in E-Commerce or Microsoft .NET-based core system design and implementation.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Backend: Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core (ASP.NET Core MVC), and Entity Framework Core/LINQ.
  • Databases: Strong understanding of relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB).
  • Cloud: Experience with major public cloud services, specifically AWS (Lambda, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache, SES, ECS, EKS, etc.).
  • Architecture: Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful Web APIs.
  • Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Version Control: Proficient understanding of Git, SVN, and Bitbucket.
  • Testing: Proficiency in writing unit tests and maintaining automated tests (UI/E2E) using frameworks like Playwright.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in E-Commerce Java-based core system design and implementation.
  • AI Engineering experience, particularly with Agentic AI, LLM integration, or intelligent process automation.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
  • Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
Pay range and compensation package

Standard full-time hours, with flexibility required for global team collaboration.
