Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with a track record of delivering clean, high‑quality code.
• Full stack development experience with React on the frontend and C#, .NET 6+ on the backend.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and lead engineering discussions.
• Technical leadership: guide discussions, mentor peers, and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust full‑stack features with clean, scalable code.
• Drive code quality, testing, automation, and performance optimization across platforms.
