What You’ll Do

Customer Experience

• Greet every customer in a warm, genuine, and friendly manner.

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and alternatives.

• Assist customers with product enquiries, sizing, availability, and general store information.

• Represent JD Sports professionally and positively at all times.

Sales & Commercial Performance

• Contribute towards achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.

• Identify opportunities for additional and add-on sales while ensuring recommendations meet customer needs.

• Use in-store technology and digital devices to provide customers with access to the wider product range.

• Develop strong product knowledge to confidently support and advise customers.

• Stay aware of current promotions, new product launches, and key commercial activities.

Store Standards & Operations

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually engaging store environment.

• Ensure products are correctly displayed and replenished throughout the day.

• Support stock handling and other daily store operational activities when required.

• Work across different departments and areas of the store based on business needs.

• Carry out all duties in a safe and responsible manner and follow company procedures.

Teamwork & Development

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and Store Management to achieve store goals.

• Support team members during busy trading periods.
