361 Sports Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our retail team at 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time on-site role offers clear career paths from Junior Sales Associate to Senior Sales Associate or Supervisor, with emphasis on sales, service, and store standards.

As a member of our sales team you will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, maintain product knowledge, and support merchandising.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic numerical skills and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential for Junior Sales Associate roles.
• For Senior Sales Associate and Supervisor positions: Demonstrated retail or customer service experience with evidence of progressing responsibility.
• For Supervisor positions: Proven leadership experience, ability to motivate teams, and strong organisational skills.
• Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of sports products or retail is desirable but can be developed on the job

• For Supervisors: Overseeing daily store operations, managing team scheduling, supervising staff performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

About the role
