Job summary

Vivastar Entertainment is seeking a coordinator to recruit and manage live streamers in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee a team of 5–10 streamers and ensure daily alignment with the Operations team.

Responsibilities include scheduling, attendance, data maintenance, and handling operational tasks as needed. Training is provided, and multilingual proficiency in Malay, English, and Chinese is compulsory.

Qualifications

• Fluent Malay, English, and Chinese are required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and coordinate live streamers for the company.
• Manage and coordinate approximately 5–10 streamers.
• Communicate and coordinate daily work between streamers and the Operations team.
• Assist with daily coordination and operational tasks.
• Monitor and follow up on streamer-related matters.
• Maintain and update employee/streamer data and records.
• Assist with scheduling, attendance, and other operational arrangements.
• Handle other duties assigned by the Operations team based on business needs.
