Job summary

Vivastar Entertainment Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Assistant to support a team of 5–10 streamers. You will recruit, engage, and coordinate with streamers to ensure schedules and performances run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source potential streamers.
• Manage and monitor 5–10 streamers assigned to you.
• Communicate regularly with streamers and provide necessary assistance.
• Coordinate with the Operation Team regarding streamer activities and updates.
• Follow up with streamers on their streaming schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Assist with daily coordination and operational tasks.
• Ensure smooth communication between streamers and the operation team.
• Handle other tasks related to daily streamer operations when required.
