Grand Majo Caterers is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper for a full-time role in Cheras, Selangor. The role involves supporting kitchen operations, food preparation, and ensuring a clean, safe environment while working with a professional culinary team.

You will help with washing, peeling, chopping, and organizing ingredients, and assist with inventory and event setup as needed. Fluency in Malay and/or English is essential for effective teamwork.

Competenze

• Experience in kitchen environments.
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Able to stand long hours and lift items safely.

Mansioni

• Assist with food preparation: wash, peel, chop and sort ingredients.
• Support senior kitchen staff in cooking and plating per recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including washing dishes and equipment.
• Organise and store ingredients and finished products per food safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory reporting of stock levels to the kitchen manager.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely following health and safety guidelines.
• Support setup and breakdown of catering events as required.
• Respond to requests from kitchen staff and help with special tasks.
