Job summary

Rally Social in Damansara Jaya is seeking a part-time Padel Coach to introduce beginners and kids to the sport. You will run beginner clinics for adults, coach kids' groups, and teach grips, serves, volleys, and game rules. Sessions emphasize safety, fun, and progression, with weekend and selected weekday evening availability.

Candidates should have padel playing experience; coaching with kids or beginners is preferred. English fluency is required; Malay/Mandarin an advantage.

Qualifications

• Padel playing experience; tennis, squash or pickleball background also considered.
• Coaching or teaching experience, especially with kids or beginners.
• Patient, reliable and great with kids and parents.
• Good spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin a plus.
• A padel coaching certificate (e.g. APPA Coach Level 1, PadelMBA CPC / CPC Kids), a tennis coaching certificate or first aid / CPR is a plus.
• Willing to undergo a child-safety background check.

Run beginner padel clinics and intro sessions for adults

Coach kids’ group classes with age-appropriate games and drills

Teach the basics: grips, serves, volleys, use of the walls, rules and scoring

Keep every session safe: warm‑ups, court and equipment checks, and close supervision of children

Keep it fun and encouraging so players come back and move on to the next level

What we’re looking for
