Job summary

Link4 is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive (Malaysia) to manage local customer relationships,support renewals, generate referrals, and drive growth within the Malaysia market. The role involves acting as the primary relationship manager for customers, conducting regular meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in customer-facing roles, strong English communication, and proven relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within Malaysia for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager for Link4's customers in Malaysia.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and check-ins.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Support retention, renewals, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts (training, consulting, services).
• Generate referrals and introductions.
• Escalate concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Represent Link4 at meetings and industry events when required.
• Prepare monthly customer activity and relationship reports.
