Adecco Portugal seeks a hands-on technical leader to drive end-to-end delivery of a complex B2B commerce and customer portal transformation. You will guide squads through design, build, migration, cutover, and hypercare while actively managing delivery risk and stakeholder expectations.

Ideally you bring 5+ years in enterprise tech, deep distributed systems expertise, and strong experience with AWS/Azure CI/CD pipelines, observability, and lifecycle ownership.

Formación

• 5-8+ years in enterprise tech, security & operations in large-scale envs.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• 6+ years in B2B order-to-cash portal transformations.
• Experience with highly available, scalable distributed systems.
• Hands-on infra automation and modern CI/CD on AWS/Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Owns end-to-end technical delivery of complex B2B commerce and portal transformation, from design to hypercare, managing risks and dependencies across squads.
• Engineers data-intensive solutions and interoperable data pipelines with strong quality, lineage, and observability.
