Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a senior software architect to provide technical leadership across front-end, back-end, BFF, database, and DevOps while guiding solution architecture decisions.

You will design and review scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, and Spring Boot, mentor peers, and collaborate with architects, business teams, and cloud teams to deliver end-to-end solutions in AWS or Azure.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, Spring Boot.
• Experience with BFF (Backend for Frontend) architecture.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and application performance monitoring.
• Experience conducting code reviews and technical design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across front-end, back-end, BFF, database, and DevOps components.
• Design, develop, and review scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, and Spring Boot.
• Lead solution architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations and feedback.
• Create and maintain detailed Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Lead technical design, development, code reviews, and implementation activities.
• Work closely with architects, developers, business teams, and other technical stakeholders.
• Support B2B Commerce, Order-to-Cash, and customer portal transformation.
• Design and troubleshoot distributed systems and highly scalable applications.
• Monitor and improve application performance using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.
• Coordinate with front-end, BFF, database, cloud, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Work with AWS/Azure cloud environments and support cloud-based application architecture.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for application improvement.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on development standards, design patterns, and best practices.

Required Technical Skills

12+ years of experience in software development / technical consulting.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Good knowledge of databases and database integration.

Experience with AWS and/or Azure.
