MonetizeMore is seeking a highly technical Lead Solution Engineer to work with a global network of publishers and lead the Brazilian market. You will solve complex integration challenges, guide customers through adoption, and coordinate with internal teams to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

5+ years in a highly technical, client-facing role.
Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) with strong English skills.
Solid knowledge of front-end web technologies and network protocols.
Experience with ad-tech tools and integration work.
Empathetic communicator who can translate technical issues for non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

Customer-facing problem solving and adoption of MonetizeMore tools.
Advanced troubleshooting as the primary escalation point for premium publishers.
Champion the Brazilian market, leading calls and sessions in Portuguese.
Lead end-to-end technical onboarding of tools like PubGuru and Advanced Ads.
Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations.
Advise on configurations to unlock higher ad revenue with cross-functional teams.
Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable value for clients.
Provide product feedback to influence the roadmap.
