Job summary

Nai Hospitality (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring a Full Stack PHP Laravel + Flutter Programmer in Kuala Lumpur. You will develop and maintain features across HR, operations, finance and property management, building REST APIs and UI with Laravel, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, and React. 2–3 years of full stack experience and fluent English are required.

The role offers a fast-growing homestay business with opportunities for rapid promotion and active collaboration with a dynamic team in HQ near TRX MRT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in full stack development.
• Fluent in spoken/written English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve features across core system modules such as HR, operations, finance, and property management.
• Develop REST API endpoints consumed by both the web portal and mobile app.
• Build responsive UI with Tailwind CSS + Alpine.js (Laravel) and React (Next.js).
• Write and run PostgreSQL migrations; design schema for new features.
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and production debugging.
• Integrate third-party APIs.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Required language(s): Fluent in spoken/written English.

Proficient in at least one backend language (PHP, JS/TS, or similar)

Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
