Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd invites applications for an Automation Tester (QA System Analyst / Manager) to design, build, test and maintain web applications across Phase 2 projects within an IT services context.

The role focuses on delivering secure, maintainable software and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality through automated testing, APIs, and deployment workflows. Details will be confirmed during screening.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated full-stack development experience with portfolio or shipped products.
• Strong fundamentals in web development, databases, APIs, testing, version control and deployment workflows.
• Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working independently in early-stage, agency or multi-project environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into secure, maintainable software across Front-end/Back-end.
• Develop and integrate front-end interfaces, back-end services, databases, and external APIs.
• Document architecture, setup, deployment, dependencies and handoffs.
• Use source control, code reviews, testing and issue tracking consistently.
• Identify security, privacy, performance, reliability, and scalability risks early.
• Estimate work and report progress and trade-offs clearly.
