Job summary

Exabytes Network Sdn Bhd seeks a Face Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native) to build and enhance business-critical applications across the full stack. You will use AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development while ensuring secure, scalable, production-ready solutions.

You will own end-to-end features across frontend (HTML/CSS, modern frameworks), backend (PHP), and MySQL, design REST APIs, and integrate third-party services including payment gateways.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on full-stack development with proven production ownership.
• Strong in PHP and MySQL, frontend basics (HTML/CSS, modern frameworks), and REST API design and integration.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Own complex cross-cutting features across frontend, backend (PHP) and MySQL from design to production.
• API Design & Integration: Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• AI-Assisted Development: Use AI tools by default to accelerate delivery, review code before merge.
• Ship & Operate in Production: Deploy and maintain work with Docker, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Secure & Compliance Aware Delivery: Safely handle credentials and sensitive data in billing/invoicing systems.

Love building great software and using AI to work smarter? We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native) who enjoys solving complex problems, takes ownership, and delivers high-quality production software.

You'll build and enhance business-critical applications across the full stack, using AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development while ensuring every solution is secure, scalable, and production-ready.

What You'll Do

• End-to-End Ownership: Own complex, cross-cutting features across the full stack frontend (HTML/CSS, modern frameworks), backend (PHP), and MySQL, from design through to production.
• API Design & Integration: Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services, including payment gateways and internal systems, reliably and securely.
• AI-Assisted Development: Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) by default to accelerate delivery, while owning the correctness of what ships. Review both peer and AI-generated code before merge.
• Ship & Operate in Production: Deploy and maintain work using Docker, Git, and sound release practices. Debug across the full stack and implement root-cause fixes, help strengthen the team's CI/CD and quality practices.
• Secure & Compliance Aware Delivery: Treat production and compliance realities as first-class. Handle credentials and sensitive data safely, with particular care for billing and e-invoicing systems.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on full-stack development, or equivalent capability demonstrated through a strong track record. You've owned features in production, not just contributed under close supervision.
• Technical Skills: Strong in PHP and MySQL, frontend fundamentals (HTML/CSS, modern frameworks), and REST API design and integration. Fluent with AI coding tools, Docker, and version control (Git/Bitbucket/GitHub). Python for automation or AI integration is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset. We value ownership, sound judgment, and the drive to learn and ship.
• Nice to Have: Experience with web hosting/billing environments (WHMCS, cPanel), Lark platform development (Lark Base, Custom App, Workflow), CI/CD practices, payment/third-party API integration, and reviewing AI-generated code.
