You'll build and enhance business‑critical applications across the full stack, using AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development while ensuring every solution is secure, scalable, and production‑ready.

What You’ll Do

• End‑to‑End Ownership: Own complex, cross‑cutting features across the full stack frontend (HTML/CSS, modern frameworks), backend (PHP), and MySQL, from design through to production.
• API Design & Integration: Design and integrate REST APIs and third‑party services, including payment gateways and internal systems, reliably and securely.
• AI‑Assisted Development: Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) by default to accelerate delivery, while owning the correctness of what ships. Review both peer and AI‑generated code before merge.
• Ship & Operate in Production: Deploy and maintain work using Docker, Git, and sound release practices. Debug across the full stack and implement root‑cause fixes, help strengthen the team's CI/CD and quality practices.
• Secure & Compliance Aware Delivery: Treat production and compliance realities as first‑class. Handle credentials and sensitive data safely, with particular care for billing and e‑invoicing systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of hands‑on full‑stack development, or equivalent capability demonstrated through a strong track record. You've owned features in production, not just contributed under close supervision.
• Technical Skills: Strong in PHP and MySQL, frontend fundamentals (HTML/CSS, modern frameworks), and REST API design and integration. Fluent with AI coding tools, Docker, and version control (Git/Bitbucket/GitHub). Python for automation or AI integration is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem‑solving, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset. We value ownership, sound judgment, and the drive to learn and ship.
• Nice to Have: Experience with web hosting/billing environments (WHMCS, cPanel), Lark platform development (Lark Base, Custom App, Workflow), CI/CD practices, payment/third‑party API integration, and reviewing AI‑generated code.
