We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help us build and scale digital tools that redefine how people buy property. If you're excited about working in a fast-moving startup environment where your code directly impacts the user experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in full-stack web development (2+ years preferred)
• Comfortable with both frontend (HTML/CSS/JS/React or Vue) and backend (Node.js, Express, or similar)
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.)
• Familiar with deployment on cloud services (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, etc.)
• Strong sense of ownership; you care about both code quality and user experience
• Eager to experiment, take feedback, and iterate quickly
• Bonus: Experience in property tech, real estate, or developing B2C/B2B platforms
• Bonus: Familiarity with video, 3D, or virtual tour integration

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain our web platforms
• Develop and improve features related to virtual property viewing, lead management, and real-time communication
• Work across the full stack: React (or Vue), Node.js (or similar), REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and deployment
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and sales teams to understand user needs and deliver seamless UX
• Integrate third-party tools such as chat systems, analytics, CRMs, and video walkthroughs
• Write clean, scalable code and perform regular debugging, testing, and performance optimization
• Help shape the future of our tech stack and development workflow
