Job summary

Tomei Consolidated Berhad is seeking an accountant to manage full-set accounts and monthly closings in a dynamic jewellery business. You will handle AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations and e-Invoice submissions, ensuring accurate ledgers and timely reporting.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and the role offers opportunities to grow within a listed company and retail/manufacturing

Qualifications

• Handle the full set of accounts and monthly closing processes.
• Prepare and process payments and check invoices.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Review P&L and balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare audit schedules and assist with audit or tax queries.
• Prepare and issue invoices and submission e-Invoices.
• Handle AR, AP, GL, bank, cash, fixed assets, accruals and prepayments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
