Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full set of accounts, AP/AR, invoicing and bank reconciliations. The role includes monthly closings and basic management reporting, with support for audits, SST and e-Invoice tasks.

Independent and detail-oriented applicants with 3+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel and accounting software proficiency, and a willingness to handle

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in full set accounts is required.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in SST is an advantage.
• Able to work independently, responsible and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare invoices, payments and bank reconciliation.
• Handle monthly closing and prepare basic management reports.
• Assist with audit, tax, SST and e-Invoice matters.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by the Accounts Manager.
