Job summary

Ninja Van in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a hands-on Manager, Fulfilment (Warehouse) to lead end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment operations. This role focuses on driving productivity, maintaining service quality, and leading a high-performing team to deliver for both B2B and B2C customers.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise processes, prioritize safety and compliance, and implement cost-saving measures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Hands-on warehouse operations experience with 3PL, parcel delivery, or fulfilment providers.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C warehousing and fulfilment operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment operations, supervising and training a warehouse team.
• Ensure on-time, accurate order fulfilment for B2B and B2C customers.
• Plan resources, space, and equipment to maintain productivity and quality.
• Implement warehouse procedures, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely dispatches.
• Drive cost efficiency and optimize warehouse layouts and processes.
• Collaborate with product, regional ops, and business teams to close gaps in systems and processes.
• Lead ad-hoc, project-based solutions responsive to client requests.
