Job summary

2HUNGRY SDN. BHD. is seeking a leader to oversee delivery fulfilment and rider dispatch strategies in Malaysia, focusing on order allocation, route planning and overall efficiency.

You will manage rider supply across crowdsourcing, dedicated and in-house models, and plan recruitment and deployment based on business needs. You will monitor KPIs, coordinate with Product, Technology, and City Operations, and develop contingency plans for weather, holidays, and major campaigns to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; English communication skills are an advantage.
• Strong interest in internet/local lifestyle services, food delivery, instant delivery, supply chain and logistics operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software.
• Strong logical thinking, data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Local Malaysian food delivery platform, dispatch operations or rider management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery fulfilment and rider dispatch strategies to optimise order allocation, route planning and overall delivery efficiency.
• Develop and improve dispatch processes to enhance delivery performance and customer experience.
• Manage rider supply across different models, including crowdsourcing, dedicated riders and in-house riders.
• Plan rider recruitment, deployment and tiering based on business needs.
• Monitor supply and demand fluctuations and take appropriate action to maintain operational balance.
• Monitor key operational KPIs such as customer complaint rate, on-time delivery rate, delivery duration and rider productivity.
• Analyse operational data, conduct performance reviews and continuously improve rider and dispatch strategies.
• Develop contingency plans for extreme weather, public holidays, major campaigns and operational disruptions.
• Coordinate cross-region resources and lead operational responses during major incidents.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Business Development and City Operations teams to achieve business objectives.

About you
