Job summary

Spring Energy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Store Keeper Cum Clerk to manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods, while providing essential clerical support. You will record stock moves, perform counts, and handle admin tasks with accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience in inventory roles, and proficiency with MS Office and inventory software. Physical lifting and teamwork are essential components of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a store keeper or clerk in inventory/administrative roles.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and organize stock.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify goods against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Record all stock movements in the inventory management system.
• Organize and store inventory in a secure, clean, accessible manner.
• Prepare and issue goods based on approved requisitions.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the storage area.
• Data entry for inventory transactions, requisitions, and reports.
• Manage filing system for store-related documents.
• Prepare reports including stock level, transaction summaries, and discrepancies.
