Job summary

Waterco (FAR EAST) SDN BHD is seeking a diligent Quality Inspector to conduct thorough inspections of FRP filter components and finished products, ensuring adherence to established quality standards. You will perform pressure and flow rate tests, analyze results, and document deviations with detailed reports.

The role involves maintaining ISO quality and environmental system compliance, addressing non-conformities with production and engineering teams, and supporting ongoing digitalization

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspection of FRP filter components and finished product to ensure meet the established quality standards.
• Perform various tests on FRP filters, including pressure tests, flow rate tests and other relevant assessments to validate product performance.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports of product quality and any deviations from specifications.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection and testing result.
• Document non-conformities and work with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality issues.
• Ensuring the quality of incoming part/products are consistently maintained in accordance with the quality standards.
• Ensure quality assurance process compliance with safety standard and guideline.
• Carry out failure analysis on the non-conforming parts/products encountered. Proactively identify potential issues and recommend preventive actions.
• Assist in maintaining ISO quality & environmental system in place.
• Support and update database of digitalization project
