Job summary

CRADOTEX (M) SDN BHD in Penang is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to safeguard quality across the FRP manufacturing process. You will develop inspection plans, monitor lamination and finishing steps, and drive CAPA activities to meet customer and spec requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering and at least 2 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, with familiarity in ISO 9001 and the ability to read drawings and inspections. Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Quality engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with FRP/ composites is an advantage.
• Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and inspection plans.
• Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections against specs.
• Maintain QA records, NCRs, test reports and CAPA documentation.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support internal and external quality audits and cross‑functional improvements.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring and test equipment.
