Proven sales track record, preferably in food, seafood or FMCG.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clients.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect and pursue new business opportunities in frozen seafood.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present and demonstrate frozen seafood products, highlighting quality and value.
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and contracts to secure orders.
Prepare sales proposals tailored to client requirements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy.
Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
Attend industry events to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
