Job summary

KS Aquaculture Group invites a results-driven Sales Specialist to drive growth across our B2B channels in Malaysia. You will manage current accounts and aggressively pursue new customers, coordinating with leadership to align on strategy and targets.

The role offers a base salary with performance-based monthly commissions; training and guidance are provided by our professional leaders. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must have at least SPM or Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of experience in sales or related field.
• Established contacts with restaurants/hotels; experience in negotiating supplies for F&B preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and achieve annual targets; maintain current customers and recruit new ones.
• Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
• Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and close deals.
• Contact potential and existing customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations and proposals.
• Engage and build excellent relationships with customers.
• Meet monthly and yearly targets; coordinate with supervisor for career progression.
