Job summary

Shell in Sarawak, Malaysia is seeking a frontline Constable to perform security duties at SMDS Plant and Jetty facilities. You will support access control, patrols, surveillance, and emergency response under supervision, ensuring compliance with HSSE standards and local regulations.

Successful candidates will be Sarawakian and have completed the Kursus Asas Polis Bantuan. The role offers flexible hours and the chance to grow within Shell's security organization while contributing to energy

Qualifications

Be a Sarawakian.
Have successfully completed the Kursus Asas Polis Bantuan.

Responsibilities

Perform access control at gates/posts and verify personnel and vehicles.
Conduct basic vehicle inspections and routine screening as instructed.
Execute patrol and surveillance and report abnormalities promptly.
Register visitors and issue passes.
Support Breath & Alcohol Testing (BAT) checks under supervision.
Escalate security incidents, suspicious activity, and procedural breaches immediately.
Participate in drills and support emergency response actions as directed.
Serve as part of the Emergency Response (Alpha Team).
Support compliance activities for security regulations and company procedures.
