Job summary

Misarma Marine Sdn Bhd is seeking a Security Guard to safeguard company premises, personnel and assets. You will monitor entry/exit points, patrol designated areas, observe and report suspicious activities, and assist in emergencies in accordance with management instructions.

The incumbent may perform ad-hoc tasks as directed. Bahasa Malaysia is required; basic English is a plus. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, or holidays may be needed to support marine operations.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in security operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Access Control & Visitor Management: monitor entrances, authorize entry, log visitor/vehicle details.
• Operational Monitoring & Patrol: patrol wharf/workshop areas, monitor vessel berthing, prevent unauthorized access.
• Fresh Water Supply Management: monitor water supply to vessels, record meter readings, issue delivery orders.
