Job summary

You will advise supervisors and team leaders on employee relations, performance management, attendance, and workforce planning while upholding company policies and legal compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong employee relations, performance management, and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with front-line managers to provide practical HR advice on day-to-day people issues.
• Advise on employee relations, attendance, performance, disciplinary matters, and workplace compliance.
• Support workforce planning by monitoring headcount, turnover, and trends with actionable recommendations.
• Oversee foreign worker management including permits, documentation, renewals and transfers.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align hiring plans with operations needs.
• Coordinate Learning & Development activities to meet operational training needs.
• Drive employee engagement and retention through proactive issue resolution.
• Advise on HR policies, benefits, leave, and employment practices in compliance with laws.
• Support lifecycle activities: onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Review HR data to identify risks and opportunities for leaders.
• Assist with HR audits and confidentiality in handling employee matters.
• Collaborate with HR functions to ensure effective HR service delivery.
