Regent Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the Front Office team, ensure prompt and professional guest service, and act as the point of contact for guest and operational matters across the hotel.

You will supervise Reception colleagues, oversee night audits, manage guest billing and contribute to maximizing occupancy and ADR while supporting the Director of Rooms in budget preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years Front Office or Guest Service experience, including supervisory or executive level experience.
• Strong knowledge of front office systems, security and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent guest relations and problem resolution skills.
• Fluent English required; other languages an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise Front Office team and night audit function.
• Oversee guest reception, upselling and daily reports.
• Assist Guest Relations in greeting, rooming and VIP handling.
• Train team in compliance with laws and safety regulations and ensure proper budgeting support.
