Job summary

Lunox Sleep And Spine in Penang is seeking a Clinician's Assistant to be the welcoming face and backbone of our front desk. You will manage appointments, handle customer enquiries and payments, and support the clinical team to deliver an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications include SPM or Diploma or higher, and proficiency in Mandarin and English (BM a bonus). No prior front desk experience is required as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register customers
• Manage appointments and front desk operations
• Assist customers with enquiries and payments
• Assist in preparing and assembling Custom Mochi Pillows
• Ensure showroom and consultation areas are clean and organised
• Work closely with the clinical team to provide an excellent customer experience
