Job summary

Lunox Sleep And Spine is seeking a Clinician's Assistant to be the welcoming face of the clinic and support front desk operations. You will register customers, manage appointments, assist with enquiries and payments, and help prepare custom pillows while ensuring the showroom and consultation areas stay clean and organized.

The role requires SPM or Diploma or higher, willingness to train without prior front desk experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma and above.
• Willingness to learn and train.
• Able to speak Mandarin and English; BM is a bonus.
• Friendly, responsible, eager to learn, with good communication and teamwork skills.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and register customers

Manage appointments and front desk operations

Assist customers with enquiries and payments

Assist in preparing and assembling Custom Mochi Pillows

Ensure the showroom and consultation areas are clean and organised

Work closely with the clinical team to provide an excellent customer experience

About you

SPM, Diploma, or above

No front desk experience required (Full training provided)

Able to speak Mandarin & English (BM is a bonus)

Friendly, responsible, and eager to learn
