Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hostess/receptionist to ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. You will handle reservations, check-ins, and guest directions, while providing courteous service throughout the dining experience.

The role requires presentable appearance and strong communication skills; prior customer service or hostess experience is a plus. This is a on-site position with opportunities for cross-training in a busy hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
