Job summary

Setia City Mall in Shah Alam seeks friendly hospitality staff to join our dining team. You will welcome guests, seat tables, take orders and serve food and beverages with professional service.

Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, maintaining clean dining areas, ensuring complete station setups, and assisting with kitchen food preparation where required. Working hours are 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM in three shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic written and spoken English and Malay required.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work during weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist in seating guests.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly, professional approach.
• Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently, including basic food preparation assistance.
• Maintain clean dining areas and serving equipment.
• Ensure station and table setups are complete.
• Food preparation in kitchen as needed.
