Sometime By Asian Designers is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to support day-to-day operations at Vivacity Megamall, Kuching. You will help create a welcoming shopping experience and maintain product presentation.

You will attend to customers, recommend products, stay updated on the brand and designers, handle complaints professionally, and assist with inventory counts and displays. This role reports to the Business Team and offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the retail store remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Attend to customers and provide recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the brand, designers, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, offering constructive and effective solutions.
• Assist with inventory counts and the arrangement of new products, including updating in-store and window displays.
• Report directly to the Business Team.
