Job summary

PAL Line in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business in freight forwarding and logistics. The role offers a high basic salary plus commission, with earnings potentially up to RM9,000+ monthly, plus yearly bonus and quarterly incentives.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are required; O-Level or equivalent education welcomed; travel overseas may be required. You will arrange meetings, cold call prospects, prepare quotations, maintain CRM records and deliver excellent

Qualifications

• Minimum O level education.
• No prior experience required; entry-level welcome.
• Mandarin speaking required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Arranging appointments through cold calling.
• Developing a new client base and maintaining existing customers.
• Meeting customers to present services and quotations.
• Negotiating terms and following up until bookings are made.
• Updating customer details in the company database.
• Providing excellent after-sales service and handling inquiries.
