You will assist in import/export shipments, prepare shipping documents, track shipments, and liaise with internal departments while developing essential logistics skills in a team environment. This role suits students pursuing a Diploma or Degree, with strong communication, basic MS Office knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Interested in logistics, shipping, and international trade

Responsabilités

• Assist in daily freight forwarding operations, including import and export shipments
• Assist in preparing shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and delivery orders
• Support shipment tracking and follow up with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customers
• Assist in coordinating cargo collection, delivery, and transportation arrangements
• Update shipment details and maintain accurate shipment records
• Assist in preparing quotations and responding to customer inquiries
• Support customs clearance documentation and shipment processing
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations
• Perform general administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor
