Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding offers an internship in the Airfreight Department for Business & Logistics students. You will gain hands-on experience across different areas of the department and learn from seasoned professionals. Daily tasks include coordinating operations, reporting, and maintaining documentation.

The program targets Sep 2026 intake, with locations in Subang Jaya, USJ 25. Applicants should be pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related fields and have proficient English and MS

Qualifications

Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
Strong written and spoken English.
Familiar with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations for both systems and physical operations.
Drive the team to achieve customer KPIs and expectations.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports promptly and accurately.
Plan daily operations and coordinate with subordinates to ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, authorities, and SOPs.
