Job summary

Floor Depot is seeking a sales-focused professional in Malaysia to build and maintain strong client relationships, present product offerings, and drive sales growth. The role requires independent work and willingness to travel within KL and Selangor for client meetings and site visits.

Ideal candidates will possess strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage clients in the local language and achieve sales

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients in local Malaysian language.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and willingness to travel within the designated regions (KL/Selangor) for client meetings and site visits.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication, product presentations, and exceptional customer service.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively present product offerings, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
