Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist / Pilates Instructor to join our healthcare team on a freelance / flexible basis. You will assess clients, provide physiotherapy treatment and lead Pilates sessions, tailoring programmes to individual goals.

We offer an existing treatment and Pilates space with equipment, opportunities to build your own client base, and long-term collaboration for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Physiotherapy and/or relevant Pilates qualification.
• Pilates certification, particularly Reformer Pilates, is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates and newly certified Pilates instructors are welcome to apply.
• Flexible working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and provide appropriate treatment based on clients' conditions and needs.
• Conduct Pilates sessions, including private and personalised sessions.
• Develop and guide clients through suitable treatment, rehabilitation and exercise programmes.
• Provide professional guidance on posture, mobility, movement, injury management and physical conditioning.
• Modify exercises and treatment approaches according to each client's condition, ability and goals.
• Ensure safe and proper use of Pilates equipment during sessions.
• Maintain proper treatment and session records.
• Communicate professionally with clients and other members of the team.
• Work independently while maintaining professional standards of care.
