Job summary

MFD Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Freelance Content Creator & videographer to produce product and lifestyle videos for our home and aromatherapy line. You will propose ideas, shoot, edit, and deliver finished videos with captions and music.

A strong portfolio and own gear are required; travel to Bakri, Muar for paid shoots is a plus. You will own the creative direction, work flexibly, and may receive a monthly retainer after a trial batch, with opportunities for long-term collaboration and

Qualifications

• A portfolio is compulsory; include links to videos you originated and shot.
• Own gear and editing software (CapCut, Premiere or Final Cut) available.
• Ability to shoot product-focused and lifestyle content.
• Proactive idea proposer and not just execute briefs.
• Understand TikTok hooks that stop scrolling in 3 seconds.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a bonus.
• Able to travel to Bakri, Muar for paid shoot days.

Responsibilities

• Propose fresh content ideas monthly: hooks, angles and formats for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Shoot the content yourself: product demos, lifestyle scenes, ambience and room setups for home and aromatherapy products.
• Edit into finished, ready-to-post videos with captions and music.
• Deliver an agreed number of finished videos each month, plus the raw footage.
• Review how the videos performed and adjust the next batch accordingly.
• Small products can be shipped to you to shoot at your own place; larger sets require paid shoot days at our Muar location.
